Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it was received by the Real Estate General Authority No. (2376) and dated (7/13/1443 AH), Regarding the contribution of Mahasin in Al-Ahsa Governorate, which belongs to Ali Al-Khars, Ahmed Al-Shehab and Abdul-Aziz Al-Dhahyan, established on the land with the deed numbered (136) and dated (20/5/1396 AH) and submitted to the Real Estate Contributions Committee. Based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated 14/2/1430 AH, which approves the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (297) and the date (7/13/1435 AH) amending the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and since the Committee is in the process of selling the shareholding lands.
And in the context of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to give investors a greater opportunity to apply for the purchase of the lands of the contributions that the committee is working on.
